Refund and Return Policy

1. Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your physical product, or within 14 days of purchasing digital content that has not yet been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at hannah@drjosephgarcia.com with your order number and request.
2. Physical Products (Books, DVDs, Printed Materials)
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a legal right of withdrawal under applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Digital Products (Downloads, Online Courses, Digital Books, Videos, and Other Digital Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access, streaming, downloading, or delivery has begun.
By purchasing digital content and accessing or downloading it immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us at hannah@drjosephgarcia.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds may be provided for digital products only if:
  • The product was not delivered;
  • The product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved; or
  • Refunds are otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if:
  • The item is damaged;
  • The item is defective; or
  • You received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise delivered;
  • Gift cards;
  • Sale or clearance items, except where required by applicable law.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a physical product, please contact us at hannah@drjosephgarcia.com.
The quickest way to obtain a different item is typically to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for approved physical product returns will generally be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds required under EU consumer protection laws will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after approval.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
